We’ll price match any item we sell including delivery costs against any other retailer – we’ll even match discount codes and those all-important sales periods. Here’s what you need to do to you get the best price:

  • Tell us where you have found it cheaper
  • Let our team work their magic

What if I’ve already bought my product?

The savings don’t just stop there. If the price of your product drops on our site or you see it cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of you receiving your order, please let us know through. We’ll happily refund the difference, which will appear in your bank account within 3-5 days. If you let us know after those 7 days, we won’t be able to match the price.

Our Price Match Terms

Let’s keep this simple, just handy information you should know.

  • We match against the total cost of our competitor’s item and delivery, so keep this in mind before you message us
  • We only price match against website from retailers based in the UK, selling UK products
  • The product on our competitor’s site needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site
  • The product must be available to order and pay for that and dispatch same day

Shipping & Returns Information

We dispatch orders made before 2pm Monday – Friday same day, sometimes we can dispatch past this cut-off time however this cannot be guaranteed.

If you have an urgent order you need to place after our cut-off time, please get in touch with our customer service time and we will try our best to help you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout – the price will depend on the method chosen, location, and order value.

Store Online is working with many different delivery companies to give all our customers the fastest delivery service. Our record show that 95% of our next day deliveries are delivered on time. But please be aware, Next Day Delivery services are not guaranteed. As we all know there is a small chance your parcel can arrive late due to uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, traffic, temporary technical issues, etc. If your parcel seems like it’s going to be delayed, please get in touch with us, we are always here to help.

Please note that we won’t be able to refund the shipping cost if there is an uncontrollable circumstance causing your parcel to be delayed.

Returns

If you wish to return your order to us for a full refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. We suggest that package the item properly and used a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items. All returns need to include your details, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund. Returns without this information will be rejected. We aim process return the day they arrive in but this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed.

Faulty goods

Although faults are rare, they do unfortunately happen from time to time. If you think the part you have received from us is faulty please get in touch with us, our trained staff will help you troubleshoot any issues. If the part is faulty, we will discuss options for replacement or refund, depending on the cost of the item we may require the faulty items back, if a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.
